In the first episode we talk about the RIGHT lead oxide that should be produced in order to have high-performance plates for your lead batteries.

The plate is the heart of the battery, it is useless to invest money in other departments when you have a lead oxide with a significant orthorhombic component.

The beginning of a good plate is a TETRAGONAL oxide.
Once this is done, we can proceed with the improvement of other departments.
