Product Description:

The CYL CASTER is completely automatic and produces approximately (1,5÷1,8) t/h of cylinders every 8 hours.  The cylinders have a diameter of about 20 mm and a height of about 18mm. The 92 pores (stamps) are located on the rotating ring of the cylinder caster. The liquid lead is brought through a pump located inside the oven, through a heated tube with Joule effect. The cylinders are expelled vertically by special extractors, and are then led to the bucket elevator which discharges the cylinders into the hopper. Internal water cooling of the cylinders and external cooling by air. These cooling are very important for the quality of the cylinder and for the life of the Cyl Caster.
