A 5 years maintenance package reserved for our clients who purchase CAM equipment.

One of the issues regarding industrial equipment for lead acid battery production is the continuity of operations. It is important for the machinery to maintain efficiency through the years. CAM’s mission is to supply manufacturers with machines that will last a lifetime, but at the same time we know how important upkeep is (as illustrated in the CE Manuals), so ordinary maintenance is an essential way of doing that. However, we also know that sometimes, due to a lack of time, some aspects of maintenance can be overlooked. This is why we offer SERVICE CARE 3 and 5, which offers specific maintenance operations for equipment after 5 years from installation.

This service is available to all of our clients and consists in the following:
Check-up of CAM equipment after 5 years from installation, plus a set of recommended spare parts (such as J or K type probes, signal converters, humidity and temperature probes for curing chambers). Our technicians do a check up on the entire plant, for example in the case of MOP ball mills: all electrical and mechanical parts of the equipment are examined and tested. Furthermore, our technicians offer a re-training of the mill operators or basic training for new employees who have entered the workforce in the meantime.
