✏ JUNIOR 3D MECHANICAL DESIGNER (Engineering Support)
THE ROLE: FROM PROJECT TO REALITY
In CAM, the 3D Designer is the architect of reliability. This junior position is designed for a young professional (Target: Under 30) ready to enter a high-performance industrial environment. You will not just “draw”; you will be responsible for the bridge between engineering and production.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Technical Drafting: Creation of precise 2D layouts and technical drawings for the workshop.
-
Production Support: Direct assistance to the assembly and welding teams to ensure 100% compliance with technical specifications.
-
BOM Management: Managing Bill of Materials with obsessive precision to eliminate supply chain errors.
-
Global Fieldwork: Availability for international on-site commissioning (up to 3 weeks per trip) to see your designs become operational reality.

Technical Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Diploma with a strong focus on 3D CAD (SolidWorks/Inventor).
-

Growth: This is a career-starting role with a clear path to becoming a Senior Designer within our engineering department.
COMPENSATION & CONTRACT
-
Framework: National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico) with a Junior/Entry-level salary (RAL).
-
Travel Support: Full coverage of all travel expenses and dedicated daily allowance (diaria) for on-site periods.
