The CAM MX1200 mixer has a production rate of 1200 Kg of battery paste and is composed of:

• A stainless steel AISI 304, inclined, rotating vat, equipped with blending blades mounted on slewing rings and actuated by a friction wheel.
• The beater is designed to favor total blending and breakdown of lumps that form when acid is added.

The combined movement of the vat and the beater permits rapid and homogeneous mixing of the ingredients.

Furthermore, the Mixer is equipped with:

• paste temperature measurement system,
• paste cooling system,
• spray nozzle for cleaning
